StartPatch 4.3 has an option to unlock blocked saves (saves that can´t be copied/transfered), I appy the patches needed to unlock my saves, but they still blocked in the Wii save management menu...

Are you sure? I believe the way the patch works, the buttons for copy/move are still greyed out, but clicking them actually works. So maybe try clicking them, if you haven't already.
