Okay, it's fixed. i installed the base game, which reinstalled a proper ticket and everything was green in dbi (previous had signature issues), game launch fine ! thank you for the answers

2155-8007 generally refers to that when you block Nintendo Server and when a game try to access Nintendo server you would get that message.
