I'm trying to inject FBI to my sysnand but launching decrypt9 fails beacause I'm using cakesFW on sysnand.
How can I just launch Sysnand with arm9loaderhax?

or AuReiNand. Remember that you need the file called firmware90.bin placed into the "rei" folder.
Also, you can launch Decrypt9.bin at the boot using CtrBoot9Manager.

He is trying to load sysnand not emunand
You can use both of them. I'm using AuReiNand and I'm able to launch Decrypt9 while I'm on my 9.2 sysNand without any kind of issue.
You need the firmware90.bin placed into the "rei" folder and hold the L buttom while you turn on your console.

^this, just install aureinand, copy the firmware90.bin file and start your system while holding the L trigger.

Alright I got it sorted by using the latest version of decrypt9
Anyway, why does arm9loadedhax restore any nand backup on the SD card? This is a useless and annoying feature.

If used properly, it can be useful, for example you could rename your emunand (for example 10.6) to Nand.bin and then run a9lh, it would restore your emunand to sysnand and then install a9lh itself, it saves some time.
