Hacking SSBB - DVD9 issues

I have run through the burning and setting of the break at the appropriate place and I can play the game and everything, but when I complete the solo classic game and beat the master hand, the game gives me an error every time. I get through the credits and gt the trophy, but then it flashes the wii error and tells me to eject the disc and kill the power. Any one else have this problem? i have looked through the boards and have not seen anything.
