I've found a glitch in swapnote.
You know spotpass has been stopped by Nintendo in 2013. BUT : I recently found a glitch which allow me to select "SpotPass" Option when I want to send letter via SpotPass.
Warning, I don't know if Nintendo Swapnote server are down. I only can select "SpotPass Option, and I don't know if the letter is sent. Please let me know in comments.
Ok so let's go !
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE SWAPNOTE INSTALLED,you had to uninstall app in the settings, then you had to format your sd card.
So, if you have never installed Swapnote on your SysNand :
1- Go to eShop > then (Re)Download Swapnote
2- Once it's finished installing, go to the Home Menu. Don't boot Swapnote.
3- TURN OFF THE WI-FI. It's important.
4- When the wi-fi is turned off, launch Swapnote.
5- Normally, you don't have the message "SpotPass service has been stopped...etc".
6- Press OK, then >ACTIVATE >ACTIVATE > DON'T RECEIVE > DON'T RECEIVE > DON'T SHARE.
7- Now write a letter. Save it.
8- Click on "Send". You have now SpotPass Option !
IMPORTANT: ALWAYS TURN OFF WI-FI when you launch Swapnote. Reactivate-it when you want to send letter.
It's done !
If Swapnote has been updated, uninstall it in the settings, then format your SD Card.
Edit : it seem when you activate Wi-Fi in home menu without launch the app it update Swapnote :/
