Sure, just go grab the source code and get to work.
Short, simple and fast answer: no.

even without multiplayer?
Won't you need the permission of the creator for it?
It's my 100th message
Without the source code (even with it, depending on how it's coded, I know nothing about Spelunky), you'd have to write it from scratch and reverse engineer the netcode for multiplayer. That's more work than any sane person should put into for something like that.
well see its a modification of spelunky classic and spelunky classic being a freeware game I think no
A 3DS homebrew couldn't handle it anyway.
couldent i just contact the creator for the source
IT'S OPEN SOURCE GUISE... even then this guy won't port it
edit: also it's made in game maker so no chance
the creator of the mod should have the source
Source is there, it is a gamemaker file so i cant even begin to imagine how annoying that would be to port.
Also, even if a port was made local multiplayer and online would be far more trouble than its worth.
If you somehow get it, great. I'd happily test out your port in a couple of years when it's done, if I was into Spelunky. I'm sure other people would enjoy it.
As I said before, even if we have the source, we have to make it from scratch and I doubt it'll work running as 3DS homebrew
