Hacking Splatoon hangs on boot screen after installing with Wup Installer.

For some reason, Splatoon won't start after I installed it with Wup Installer GX2. I've installed other games like Mario Maker and Hyrule Warriors and they work fine. I've tried looking everywhere for an answer but I haven't seen anyone with this problem.
