If the info I got is correct, fuzzy cheat has something to do with using cheats that don't concern a number value like coins or health. I read somewhere that it was meant to gain items, complete certain goals and such with different hex values.

what is fuzzy cheat?

It seems to be a method of finding memory locations based on whether the value has increased or decreased from one memory scan to the next rather than searching for a specific number. It will only be relevant if you are trying to create your own cheat codes.
