Does the supercard microSD rumble support GBA/Browser?
how hard does the rumble compare to the authentic rumbler?

The rumble does not support GBA roms, however, the Supercard Lite [without rumble] does support GBA roms.

You've got that backwards, most slot 2's DO support gba, it's slot 1s that do not support gba. The SCLite Rumble, however, does not.

anything with gba support has browser support right? so the supercard lite (non rumble) can do browser?

Not all carts with GBA support has browser support, however the Supercard Lite (not rumble) does have the ram to run the browser. But the problem is, you also need a slot 1 flash cart to run the browser. You cannot run the browser on any slot 2 flash cart alone.
