Gaming Sony never answers my PasswordReset

everytime i send an email to sony for like password reset i never get an answer! plus if i send a regular password reset and dont write the email when im trying to change password then i need to confirm my age on that account and i dont remember the age i set sn that account!

why didn't you use your real date of birth?

if you cant remember what you set, you going to have a problem getting your account back.

Umm I already set email and it dont work but I figured out the password and will never loose the password again
