Hacking Someone else can't play Splatoon online?

I just updated the game to 2.7.0, but it doesn't let me go online, I'm using this DNS 205.166.076.187
Never had this problem before, I can browse through Wii U internet, Miiverse, even play Xenoblade X online, they work just fine.

My Wii U is NTSC-U btw

Splatoon 2.7.0 has been working online for me w/ Tubehax DNS on a 5.5.1 EU Wii U

EDIT: Using 107.211.140.065 as the DNS address
