After hours and days (literally) of researching the world of flash carts...i've finally assembled a list of things im happy with.

DS Lite with:
•Supercard DSTWO(cartridge only)
•Transcend 8gb class 6 microSDHC (Comes with two adapters)
•EZ-flash IV (catridge only)
•Kingston 2gb microSD (with one adapter)

sounds good to me, other opinions would be cool too!

total cost is around $83

if you want links to where i'm buying these, ill be more than happy to deliver

well I like the fact of using the ezflash on my gameboy too, since ill be most likely switching off at times

and i heard that the 3in1 has more save problems? idk, something to do with the nor or something

There aren't any save problems, you just have to load up the game in NOR memory if the GBA rom is too big for the PSRAM flash.

If you really think the ability to play it on your GBA too is worth the extra, then go for it.

on the 3in1
can you switch off playing games in the nor?
if i played pokemon but then i wanna play mother 3 or something
i can keep both of the saves from those games right?
too much confuse.

My personal opinion is that the M3 Perfect is better than the EZ-Flash IV.

I would buy the DSTWO & EZ-Flash 3in1 Expansion Pack for my DS Lite & the M3 Perfect for my GBA.
I have the M3 Perfect SD for my GBA with a 4GB Transend 150x SD card "TS4GSD150" however it does stick out a little bit.

The 3-in-1 will play all GBA games perfectly.

swagger.

so i guess my final setup is just the dstwo and 3in1 combo

thanks you guys for helping me find a better and cheaper solution!

Then where are you getting the DS lite? O_o

My DSTWO was bought from RealHotStuff.Com by my fiancée for me as a Chrismas present & they leaked her credit card information to people who committed fraud by buying something for $1 at AT&T then trying to buy almost $800 in satellite equipment in europe.
So, Be careful who you buy from & in my opinion it is best to only by from people who accept PayPal that way you know that your credit card information is safe.
RealHotStuff.Com says the problem is fixed now however in my opinion it shouldn't have ever happened.

Wrong.

Without patching, you cannot play the NES Classics / Famicon Minis. They don't start up. Also, I don't count it as playing a game perfectly if you require a patch to play...such as the solar sensor patch for Boktai or the tilt patch for WarioWare Twisted.

There are also a couple of games that, despite being a low size, cannot be played without being flashed to the NOR. However, usually this is the case with hacked ROMs of some sort. The only ones I've had problems with were games with some sort of intro hacked in.

Then there are a few Pokemon hacks that don't run at all with the 3in1, even if you flash it to the NOR. I've heard of a couple that do it, but I've only experienced this with Pokemon ShinyGold. I'd mention Touhoumon as one that didn't work, but for some reason it worked after I trimmed the patched ROM.

Hum, DsTwo + M3 Perfect or Lite (Dont buy M3 Pro, not works with GBA).

M3 CF is big(big in size and compatibility), but it runs 99% of GBA games, support unpatched games, trainners and hacked roms.
Real Time Clock is the diference, EZ dont have it.
