dude that's totally wrong.
you just need to load the usb loader that you used or the homebrew that you use
which is all a matter of copy paste

you dont need to instal cios or stuff again, that stuff is in your wii nand.

what did you used? usb configurable loader? usb loader gx? wiiflow?

Dude just buy another sd card and transfer all the files from your Wii onto the sd. Don’t buy a new Wii lol.
