Homebrew so how do you get Riivolution to work?

noobish question

ok, so i thought i'd look into this.

anyway,

i installed Riivolution

got this xml

put it in on my SD card root/Riivolution

put my music in root/tvc

then what do i do? i started up the game and nothing changed(used Riivolution, clicked enable, then started up the game ). do i pick what songs go where or what(do i have to edit the xml?)

what buttons do i press, and what does it support? wiimote, num&wiimote,NCG,CC?

You need to tell it about each file you want to replace. You might want to read this http://rvlution.net/riiv/Patch_Format

Edit: Maybe I should take my own advice. What game are you trying to mod?

Dunno if you're still after a response, but here's my XML for NSMB http://pastie.org/994862 . It shows the basic format of what goes where. From what you said, it sounds like maybe your files weren't correctly named, since you put them in the right place.
