Hacking So.. did the hackers abndon o3ds/2Ds exploit development.

So.. soundhax does not work on o3ds and 2ds. i asume, fasthax won't either..
i am feeling quite dissapointed right now.. why would someone abandon those consoles.
after ll no exclusive games are made for n3ds besides xenoblade 3d..
maybe i am just being impatient.
don't get me wrong i am not mad at anyone...just a bit desperate.
i know that people have their own lives and don't bother much about what other want so ya

Its not necessarily that devs have "given up" o3ds/2ds exploits, less and less exploits are being found on these systems. People dont just "make" exploits, they find bugs and ways to exploit them, and there aren't that many on o3/2ds consoles anymore.

Why would hackers abandon the o3ds? Because the n3ds is superior in a lot of ways and improves on what the o3ds does that's why.

If you're so impatient, then why don't you make the exploit happen yourself? Don't know how to do that? Then wait for a release (or a statement saying why it won't be released) and quit complaining. Or skip this stuff entirely and get a n3DS. Seriously, get over it.

A while ago, some devs needed US 2ds's and i was gonna donate mine until it bricked, rip.

The developer put a table showing which devices are compatible at the moment.
I think that if he had thought about not implementing this for o3ds, he would have not put that kind of table before trying at least

Originally, hax 2.8 only worked on the n3ds and not the o3ds. But after some time and after some bug fixing, hax 2.8 now works on both n3ds and o3ds. So be patient and maybe o3ds will be supported in the future.

Offtopic: Hackers did abandon the DSi, well, except for that one person who wanted to get a key from the DSi Shop and/or find an exploit in sound/picture app.

PLUS most of the time, when hacks and junk are made, they only advertise "n3ds only" if o3ds HARDWARE cant support it. there has never been an instance of o3ds software not supporting something because in terms of software, their practically identical. Perhaps its only "n3ds" because thats all they had to test on?

Bottom line is, it just takes a little patience for security flaws to be found, then, well, exploited

chill guys, OP is just wondering why and is desperate,that's all.. he even said he wasnt mad or anything.. but i think other than no exploits found, the reason for this is that the New3DS/N3DSXL is a better investment for their time and efforts..after all, they are doing it for free..
