Vampire_Resurrection_JPN_XBOX360-Caravan - fighting game spinoff known as Darkstalkers Resurrection elsewhere and set in the darkstalkers universe (unless you are a fan of arcades or Japan only titles (where it got a dreamcast and a PS2 game) then you would have last seen it about a decade ago on the PSP where a compilation was a launch title in all three regions.
I thought this was going to be XBLA only but it seems to be in the disc releases, it could be a XBLA elsewhere and disc in Japan affair though.

It seems closer to micromachines than "true" kart racing but as good micro machines games are few and far between these days that is not necessarily a bad thing.
