Hacking Snes9x/WiiKey Questions

I know everyone is busy talking about Mario Galaxy and the 1.9g update (hey it was a big deal for me too!) but I was actually wondering if anyone had any tips on using Snes9x on the Wii. I'm pretty sharp with most of this stuff but for some reason I'm having trouble getting this emulator setup.

Does anyone have any tips on how to burn a good Snes9X disc, or how to get the one on the WiiKey 1.3 setup disc to work? It doesn't seem to work for me at all...

Quickstart:
===========================================
If you want to add own files to the disc, just copy them to the
corresponding subdirectory in \bootdisc\root\

bootdisc\root\Dols for gamecube applications (.dol)
bootdisc\root\Snes for snes roms (.smc or .zip)
bootdisc\root\Media for video or audio files

To create the image, simply run the BootableDisc_XXX.bat matching
your console region.

Burn the image using any application capable of writing DVD disc
images i.e. ImgBurn/Nero/CloneCD/cdrecord/DeepBurner/etc
