Hacking SNES9X help

So, I don't my WiiKey yet but SNES9X comes on the WiiKey config disc. So after it install the channel how to I get games onto the channel. Through an SD card or a Disc?

Probably in the root of the SD card would be best. (NON SDHC CARDS) example e:\snes9x\roms\
