Bad idea.
The only reason SNEmulDS has playable speeds is because it sacrifices so much compatibility and accuracy. Trying to go for total compatibility will make all things an unplayable speed.

Try BSNES on a dated computer, it's actually quite a demanding emulator despite the age of the system.
