Anyone know about anyone that has rewired an SNES controller to work on the XBOX?

Or anything similar?

I've done some searching on google and haven't really come across anything on it.

Thanks for any info!

Could try going crazy and chopping up an XBOX controller and stuff it into an SNES gamepad case.
You'll have to tear out some parts and do alot of cutting and drilling and junk.
But with alot of time and work, it should be doable.

Probly better to do that SNES>USB to USB>XBOX thing, but you still need to find a way for the button signals to be read correctly on the XBOX.

Theres a way to do it if you build a little device to translate the signals, but I dont know where to start with that.

Try to google generic USB and XBOX rewireing guides. You might find some usefull things that way. USB>XBOX too, probly a better bet.
Good luck with the search.

Yeah, I've thought about SNES > USB > XBOX, but like shadow1w2 said, you'd need to find a way for the XBOX to read the signals.

In other words, you'd need a driver.
