Hacking SNEEK problems

okay so my wii wont start up SNEEK im having problems i cant fix the wii led is blinking twice or once fast i went on the SNEEK faq and im having this The TMD of the requested title is missing or this problem The TMD of the IOS the current title uses is missing. im using my own nand i dumped with bootmii please help also i can upload my nand for you guys to look at if that helps and also i used this guide https://sites.google.com/site/completesg/how-to-use/sneek

It says in the FAQ that two blinks could be incorrect cluster size of your SD card. If the file is really there, then try re-formatting your SD to a supported cluster size, or even a different SD card, as some just are not compatible with SNEEK.

sneek was just working but now its not and i mean UNEEK
