no it is not possible without CIOS 254 for bootmii
this is what i want to do, i want to set up my sneek as close to "system" as possible. then work backwards to see if my ecc can be fixed.
i think i dont understand. what exactly did you mean?

Tales_of_Graces_v01_JAP_WII-STORMAN uneek+di r167 black screen
Radirgy_Noa_Wii_JPN_Wii-BAHAMUT uneek+di r167 black screen
Bleach_Versus_Crusade_JAP_WII-TMD uneek+di r167 eternal loading

can somebody confirm?

why in hells name can i not get sneek to work in any revision while the first release sneek 1 did work on my wii... i keep on making backups of my wii with bootmii and extract them to sd and then copy the correct files on my sd and still no luck... even the official installer doesn't help... and i tried making a new nand too, didn't help either so my wii theme isn't the problem either... i'm out of ideas guys, i keep on getting stuck at black screen when boot for more then 1 hour... please guys i need some help here...

have u tried using ModMii to build u a clean emunand? If that doesn't work, use a ModMii built emunand then copy over a cert.sys from your real nand backup and try that. If that still doesn't work, try merging a clean nand overtop of your real nand (and try vice verca) and see if any of that works. Good luck!

@fgod

try this build a 4.2 or 4.3 usa nand with modmii use your serial number just remember all usa wii's are LUxxxxxxxxxxxx

start it up and get everything set in it
then use wiimodv8 to region change the emunand to pal(i am assuming you use a pal system)

this is what i do for testing my apps as i can not get modmii's pal nand's to work at all

so i should make my wii serial into an LU and then the numbers that my serial is? instead of LEH? i don't know why this would help though but i guess it is worth a try...

yes but make sure you chose to build a usa nand

so i got a friends bootmii dump. it's for 3.2. i used wiiflash to make sure it was a good dump, every thing checks out, gives me boot 1 good boot 2 v3 good. able to run bootmii.
so added my keys to the nand (just incase this is wrong, made back up's for this). every thing still checks out.
so i extracted the nand. all files are good a present. when i open showmii wads/show nand, select buckup path, to the extracted nand, nothing shows up. no iso/cios nothing.. but everything is there. so do i need to "run" the nand in sneek first then try to read the iso/cios. this is a nand off a launch date wii. thanks guy's.

I made a nand using modmii for uneek DI

Now i copied all the files to my sd card like it said and then all the files to the usb drive like it said.

Ran switch2uneek and it says its moving subfolders from

usb:nand/nand1 to usb:

and it just sits here.

This is my first time attempting to load uneek.

How long does it take the first time or is it hanging because something isnt installed correctly?

depending on the sd card, and the size of the nand. it could take upto 5 min. some times you'll need to start it two or three times.

Should i of renamed the files? like this guide said to do or leave it how modmii showed it?

EDIT:

I switched it back to how modmii had them named.

Did like someone suggested and ran HBC then bootmii.

Loaded right up

After that i used switch2uneek from within HBC and it worked just fine.
