Snake With a Foot

I see two things that can come out of this: A snake that wanted to be a lizard, but only got so far, and the beginning of a real life Trogdor.

and i think it's impossible to climb a wall with one hand/claw/or whatever that thing is.

I didn't even notice the shadowless part before o.O

The bump looks as though it could be the shadow of the leg, the lighting in that picture could just be playing tricks.
 
it could very well happen. snakes contain all the necessary DNA to develop limbs. some even have remnants of hips in their skeletal structures. just a mutation can create a Hox mutation like this, which can easily be caused by excessive pollution.

Oh god think of the horrible mutations we'll see in the next few years o.O A fish with claws...

That's true. Snakes were originally developed with limbs if I recall (from some source that I can't remember), and this in particular probably got messed up somewhere in the evolutionary process.
