ROM Hack Question Snack World: The Dungeon Crawl – Gold Camera Hack?

Hi, guys,
the camera in this game is a horror. It can only be turned minimally. No matter what direction the character is facing. Most of the time you run towards the camera. So you can't really see where you're going. Is there a possibility to free the camera? To allow a 360 degree rotation like it is standard in any other RPG?
