ROM Hack Smash Save Editor for Gateway ?

Hi, I have seen 3 Smash Save Editor, but none of them kinda works on my Smash :/
Im running a FW 9.2, Emmunand 9.5 GW 3DS and using a 3dz Smash Rom File.

The Smash here either uses tubehax( i dont know how to get it to work) or CIA files to edit. Or
can someone help me unlock the moveset and equipment
