Homebrew Smash Modding Help

Ages ago I tried to mod smash but it didn't work so today I am trying with luma.

I've got a whole bunch of files for the game and put them into the luma/titles/00040000000EE000 folder.
By the way, I'm using this https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/wiki/Options-and-usage as a guide

All I need now is the code.bin and code.ips

Does anyone know where to find this.

Use Smash Selector, which just came out with a new version in the latest post, and downloads the proper patches for your region (code.bin), and allows you to download mod packs inside the application
