ROM Hack Smash Bros. Save Editing on Linux

I've recently downgraded my 3DS and installed rxTools, and downloaded a CIA of Smash Bros. 3DS (I own the game myself, but I'd rather not risk Nintendo banning me if I link my Nintendo Network ID to the emuNAND), but this means I've lost my save file where I had all the non-DLC characters and stages unlocked. Unfortunately, I run Linux, so the save editors available have a few issues with wine (namely that when I load a save file, the editor closes out and using a wine console results in a bunch of errors in the console when it closes). Is there a way I can edit Smash 4 save files on Linux?
