ROM Hack Smash 3DS hacks problem on 11.6

Since yesterday i finally got CFW on my New 3ds,i tried installing some mods,and i followed a written tutorial from gamebanana,but...right after loading Smash(normal game and EVEN from Smash selector),this error screen appears:

So,after this appeared i got many questions,since i did everything right...

Is that tutorial outdated,or...you can't load Smash mods on 11.6?
