The Palm Pre is out now I do believe, check it out. Palm have excellent products and Palm OS is still the best OS on the market in my mind, even if it's not the most widely used one, it's better then Winblows Mobile. You could also look at the Treo Pro which would be cheaper since it's been out for a while now, also a nice phone. I have a Treo 650 that just recently buggered out on me, but it was a 4 year old phone after all so it's no surprise.

The palm pre is gonna be released on the 6th of june, so it hasn't been released yet.
