no the guy on twitter is the creator of Ohana3ds (i think XD) and he created 2 others stages and he's working on a port of TEMPLE from smash bros Melee, and other 2 guys created that 2 levels using the tool created by that guy on twitter.. BUT DON'T HAVE ANY TUTORIAL T^T
