Hacking slot-2 sav. problems

I have just gotten my EZflash V slot-2 ram pack and tried to boot legend of Zelda minsh cap. it writes fine and works but when i got to the saves menu it says "the data in file 1 is corrupted" is there a way to clear the card of any files?, I'm using a DSTT with YSmenu to write the files.

SRAM patch the GBA roms with GBATA.

Alternately, use GBA ExpLoader instead of YSmenu's built in 3-in-1 handling. That way you can use clean GBA roms.
