Hacking Sky3DS Diskwriter Error

Hi guys this is my first post here and it's not that good news news unfortunately.
I used to be able to use the diskwriter tool v 1.06 but now I can't, it comes with this message.

ERROR: Could not open the physical driver! physical!Handle
CreateFile(''//./PHYSICALDRIVE1")- Get last error returned 0x00000005

I don't know if this is the right place is post this, but I'd really like it if someone could help.
I can't use ANY SD cards at all and even tried using the previous 1.05 version but the same message.

Run it as administrator.

Thank you so much. I recently had to system restore my pc and guess along over the years something disabled the need to run things as administrator . Now it works perfectly with all cards.
