ROM Hack Skipping cutscenes in SUMO/USUM

We need an homebrew that does this.
In SUMO, there were too many cutscenes
I never played the game a second time just because of those goddamn things
Would an homebrew that skips cutscenes be possible for these games?

Maybe you can ask someone to mod a version removing 90% of the video files? Don't know if it's possible, but seems likely.

cutscenes aren't videos and i feel like the modding required for this would be impossible at this point even in sun and moon
