Hacking Simple question

Hi i have a switch with reinx. I bought a cartridge of a game and i was playing it. Accidentally i opened up in my switch for the first time internet connection and it started updating the game and downloading the update for the switch. After all i turned off internet and i have a question. Im not banned buy maybe in a week or a month i'llbe. If one day i would like to sell this cartridge also the other owner/buyer of the cartridge will be banned because of me? Thanks

You won’t get banned for the game, you will be banned for using CFW. Nintendo won’t blacklist the game.
