Homebrew Sighax error when upgrading to B9S

SYSTEM INFORMATION:
I have an O3DS, with Firmware 11.3, and a 4GB SD card
REASON FOR UPDATING & GUIDE I'M USING:
I decided to update because NTS stopped working with plugins, and for some reason, LayeredFS stopped working for cartridge games. Guide link: https://3ds.guide/a9lh-to-b9s
ERROR:
However,I keep getting a Sighax error. It keeps saying that the .FIRM file is not Sighaxed.
REMEDIES TRIED:
I changed the SD in my slot(3.6GBs), and got the same error, I downloaded the error magnet link. Still no success. I do not know what this error means, but, I also don't know how to format & backup an SD, so I just transferred files to the other SD.
Anyone know what to do?

1. Backup the contents of your SD card.
2. Run SD Formatter on your SD card.
3. Redownload all of the files in the guide.
4. Try again.
