also whenever i boot my ds with the sdcard (before format) an exception occured always
Without knowing if there are problems with the files you were originally using, add back your
Nintendo 3DS folder that contains your games, DLCs, updates, etc.
Acquire new copies of these files for your SD card:

When you have these back on the card, try following through with the
Finalizing Setup.
Edit 1 - When you're prompted with the Luma3DS v9.1 configuration, use this setting:
Edit 2 - If the o2DS still crashes at start, you must do the battery removal and reinsertion trick.
