I plan to buy my first Switch today. I went to my local store and have taken some photos of s/n.

Are those safe to buy (considering current exploits

Buy the Sonic bundle, Sonic is way better than Mario.

Looks like 3.0.1 in two cases. And Mario bundle should be 3.0
So, I should be 100% safe with this?

Pick whichever you wont play the game, sell the game and invest that money into a jig and cable, or just buy the sx pro.
