Hacking Shop selling pre-updated carts (Question)

Anyone knows of any online shop (preferably one selling worldwide with free shipping) that pre-updates their supercard dstwo?

Etcome I know does. I dont like ordering from a china dealer but, they do update carts. Check shoptemp if you want faster shipping. Etcome can take about 15 days.

Just email them ahead of time and verify that they will update the card for you. Tell them you don't have another DS to update the card and your 3DS is on 3.0.0-6 firmware or 1.4.3 if you are seeking a card fully updated for the DSi. They will answer and do it for you.

Got mine recently on Zhuzhuchina, cheapest I've seen it as well. Came pre-updated, but paying is a bit weird because you don't pay through the site if you use Paypal, you send the money yourself on your Paypal account.

I contacted etcome support and they responded in about 17 hours. Very fast, so no worries about doing so mate.

but you needn't a pre-flashed dstwo. The dstwo can update itself at a updated ds.
