Some new details of the next Shining Force game have been revealed on Famitsu. The game will be called Shining Force Cross, unfortunately it is only confirmed for Arcade at the moment, but I'm sure a console announcement will be coming soon.
- The game will support 4-player cooperative gameplay.
- Boasting huge monsters (similar to White Knight Chronicles).
- Game takes place on a floating continent called "Eden".
- There used to be a very prosperous civilization called Istria in this area, and their treasures are buried in the ground.
- You play a treasure hunter, looking for the ultimate treasure, the "Shining Force".
