If anyone has the time could they convert this? I finally got the application to work and it turns out I don't have enough space for it to create the temp files needed for the conversion. (I am using a netbook with soldered on ram and storage so I can't increase the space and it already has the bare minimum programs installed)

If anyone is reading this thread trying to make this work on windows, you put the mkanim.exe and the boot_animation.gif in the bin folder of Gzip where the gzip.exe is

specifically from the Gzip for windows site
