Noob to Wii modding here and looking for a little guidance. I purchased a Wii a long way back and had it modded by a 3rd party at that time. Not sure if a hard mod or soft mod was used. I'm now digging the system back out and was looking to update the sw and complete the soft mod, however when I go into settings it will not load, it opens an opera browser page indicating that the drive it's pointed to is not available. I'm ok with hard resetting the unit however I have only been able to find steps that require the reset to be initiated via settings(which won't load). I'm hoping for some guidance here, is there a way to hard reset using hardware only or can I possibly force a firmware update via an SD card or something? Help please.
