Hacking semi brick fix discs!

I found a website called hackmii.com that claims to have a fix for semi bricks

can someone confirm if this works please?

I am sure most of you know about that website, so tell me please, I am a noob =D

I downloaded the Jap update ( I have a jap wii) but I have a feeling that it will brick my wii (I know, it's stupid) but I don't want to risk my wii, so have anyone tested it?

hackmii.com is, like, the centre of Wii Homebrew! Well, almost. They're the guys who created the Homebrew Channel. They're Team Twiizers. Anything they say on their website you can pretty much believe.

waninkokos downgrader is also a semibrick fixer, just install the update that corrisponds to your needed region

agree completly. Guy was only asking a question.

Anyway, yeah, hackmii.com is a site run by the team who made the Homebrew Channel (HBC) along with the Twilight Princess Hack.

It'd be well worth your while maybe having a read through all their blog posts. Some of it wont make sense, since a lot is programming talk, but im sure after a few days you will soon understand some of the things they are talking about.

Well, this might be kind of useless to me, I don't know if the ISO loader would load this, so the Wii would have to be modded to get this to work right? Or can the ISO loader be used for this, it doesn't even seem to do much yet. And I'm not stupid to install this kind of stuff. I only install WiiWare and VC. XD

How does the Wii get a semi-brick anyways? Bad WADs give it a full-brick, I heard the downgrader when you downgraded to another region, but nothing else.

So sorry for the mix up mate. Extract that, and burn it to a DVDR with IMGburn and load it in the Wii.

you are the only one online here so I'll have to ask you, I downloaded the JAP file for brick fixing, put it on cd, and then into the wii

it begins an update, is there a chance that it will full-brick my wii?

I have a jap wii everything is in japanese and the manual is also in japanese, so should i make the update or not?
