Hacking Selling DSTwo?

The idea occurred to me that it may be time to move on from my dstwo as i only use it for a few retro games on emulators and havent seen anything of interest developing for it anymore.
I was just wondering if it is possible to sell it somewhere like ebay or amazon(though im not in any rush to) or would it be removed for being considered a pirating device?

Sell it on gbatemp market place.....not sure if the post limit to sell on here is 50 or 100.... But your pretty close to 100 anyway
