I have the same problem. SNEmulDS is patched (using the file SNEmulDS_R4_M3Simply.nds that is patched isnt it?) and the emu runs but it doesnt recognize any of the roms. Tried a separate folder for roms and put SNEmulDS in the root directory and then put everything in the same folder. Both times no roms were found. Any Ideas?

Ah that seems to be the problem. I didnt take "create a SNES directory" in the read me file so literally so I named the folder "SNES ROMS" out of habit. Renaming the folder just "SNES" works and they are recognized. Thanks!
