First of all I have two Micro SD cards both are SanDisk one is 2gb and the other is 8. I flashed my 2gb one and it works fine but i accidentally started up my DSi with my other micro and it didnt work so I quickly remembered to Flash is but my Computer says I need to format it and tryed but it says i cant. So did i screw my self over when i put it in my DSi or is there a way to format it?

When you mean 'Flash' I guess you actually mean 'Format' - & most people will tell you NOT to use Windows own Format function as it doesn't fully follow microSD format protocols - Instead try & use the Panasonic Formatter instead

Sorry I may be a bit dim - what exactly do you mean by 'Flash it' ?. Normally you format a card then use the card by storing stuff on it, either by using the device you want to use it with (Flashcard or Camera etc) or by using the PC to store files on it
