Hacking SD card help with Nintendont

I already had a 32GB SD card that works with Nintendont. I bought a new 64GB card and formatted it as fat32. I brought all the files over from the 32GB and when I open up homebrew on vWii, there is no Nintendont (or any other app). So I plugged in my USB that also has Nintendont on it, but also kept the new SD card plugged in. When homebrew loaded, Nintendont was there and loaded up fine. I selected SD as the storage device and it opened my games totally fine from the new SD card. So for whatever reason, Nintendont can see the new SD card and open games off it, but homebrew cannot load the apps off it. Any idea why this may be? I feel I may need to buy a new SD card and was wondering if anyone had any 64GB (or larger) that they know work totally fine for this.
