Scripting Tools?

Is there any sort of scripting language on Vita? Or an easy way to make simple tools? It would be nice to have a tool that would move everything in /pictures (in their random 2-letter folders. What's the point of that?) and put them all in a single folder. There's a tool that deletes all your error logs, so couldn't be much more complicated.

I have that. Love it. Wish there were a tweak to make saved images from the browser not be in folders at all. It's alot of work to move 40 or so images in 25 folders in Vitashell.
