ROM Hack Script inserter...

I'm translating a game with very neat scripts and was wondering if someone could tell me how I can create my own script inserter.
I'm learning C# but someone real talented at making script inserters had a problem with this one, so I'm sure I'll probably run into the same trouble if I tried, but would like to give it a try anyway. The files are decompressed, so that's not an issue.
I've already translated a bit of the game and need a script inserter.

Can anyone help me out?

A script inserter so I can insert the translated text back into the game. I thought about using Atlas, but it's a bit complicated for me.
The game's in Japanese and I need to put the English into the game.
The name of it, I can't tell outside of a PM yet.

Darth is already looking into the game for me and he's running into a bit of a snag with the game as well.
He was the second person I went to for help, his skills are pretty high.

No, not better than Darth, that's what I'm saying, Darth's trying to figure it out with me, but is hitting the same snag Noitora and I hit.
No, I should probably ask around there though.
