Yo, I actually fucking laughed at this.
1.) Until you actually develop something useful for the community, and release it, you don't have the right to say shit.

Until someone releases a 5.5 exploit, meets a release date there is no 5.5 exploit and probably wont be, you have the right to keep saying otherwise but I have the right to warn people not to expect it or waste their time, energy or money on false promises.

No one can install your assurances on their system, stop spreading myths.
