Hacking Homebrew Emulation Scale2xEx for all emulators

Would it be nice if we have this filter in Fce Gx, Genplus Gx, Snes9x Gx, Vba Gx and Retroarch?

preety sure retroarch already has that? under filters there is alot of stuff on my retroarch 3ds and if i recall this one is there and if its on retroarch 3ds it should be on wii too.

It has Scale2x but it doesn't have Scale2xEx. Theres a difference between them.
